Inspections

Terms
& Conditions
For
Prices of
equipment
not on our
fee schedule,
please contact
the General
Office. A
Certificate
of compliance
will be provided
to the applicant
and the Authority
Having Jurisdiction
for a period
of one year
from the
date of issue.
Applications
are valid for
a period not
exceeding one
year from the
date received
by the Bureau.
Open Wall / Trench
inspections,
are mandatory
before finish
surfaces or final
grade being established.
Certain jurisdictions
have permitting,
and/or licensing
laws in effect;
they require
that a paper
application first
be filed at the
municipal building
department before
the Bureau can
put your application
on file. Please
contact your
building department
for specific
requirements.
Applications,
which are allowed
to be filed directly
with the bureau,
will be accepted
via:
Telephone, Fax,
or E-mail at info@nybfu.org.
Applications
may be paid for
via American
Express, MasterCard,
or Visa.
